Mr. M S Nagaraj
M S Nagaraj, has been associated with the field of logistics and Distribution for over four decades. He had initially worked in Distribution and Sales & Marketing for M/s. Cipla Ltd. His experience in issue and problem solving at various levels was highly appreciated that also led to a higher degree of customer satisfaction. His contribution to Cipla was enormous that made him the single point of contact for the whole of south and many other regions in the country to seek for his suggestion and inputs. His vision to offer Quality service and Customer Satisfaction saw the birth of M/s.Vaman Pharma and its sister concerns viz., M/s. Inora Enterprises and M/s. Deccan Marketing, the three together offering Superior marketing capabilities, proven field sales & supply chain capabilities, Institutional Business Focus and innovation and service quality. Under his leadership witnessed newer heights in logistics and distribution in the pharmaceutical market and much more in the days to come. Mr. Nagaraj is also the Director of M/s.Biomech Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., located at Indore, MP, which is the All India CFA for M/s. Abbott GX.
Ms. Vasantha Nagaraj
Behind every successful man, is a woman. Ms. Nagaraj has been the guiding force that has helped in the growth of the organization. An able administrator and known for her simplicity, Ms. Nagaraj has been associated with the organization right from its inception. She has ensured that the whole team work as a family devoid of any differences that has helped in scaling new heights in a short span of time. Encourage diversity and equality which in turn would result in harmony and respect for each individual has been her philosophy. She is of the humble belief that “Make those around you happy, and success shall surely follow”. With a tight schedule being associated with many social programs, Ms. Nagaraj takes care of the HR function, Employee engagement and Team Bonding activities.
Mr. Sandesh Nagaraj
An engineering graduate in Computer science, Mr. Sandesh worked towards his passion and gained a Masters degree in Arts (Music) from the prestigious Musician Institute, Hollywood LA. He further augmented it with a Masters in Composing from CSUN (California State University, Northridge), a Masters in Composing from the University of Washington, Seattle and is now pursuing a Doctorate in Composing from the University of Washington. Mr. Sandesh has been providing his inputs towards the growth of the organization, apart from providing information on the latest molecules and formulations available in the western market. Being a qualified IT professional, Mr. Sandesh believes in the gold standard of the service industry by incorporating the ITIL fundamentals. According to Mr. Sandesh CSI is vital and the essence of any business that aims to achieve a higher growth.

Mr. Srinivas
Mr. Srinivas, COO at M/s. Inora Enterprises comes with an experience spanning over two decades in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He has been successful in managing the end to end Logistics and SCM for many top ranked Pharmaceutical giants like M/s. Cipla Ltd., Abbott to name a few within the prescribed stringent TAT. His experience in managing the entire establishment has helped M/s. Inora Enterprises gain its position to be adjudged The Best CA in the country by M/s. Abbott for the many years since its inception. This has helped in paving the way for many a company to associate with M/s. Inora Enterprises. Today, M/s. Inora Enterprises is also the CFA for M/s. Mylan Pharmaceuticals and HBC to name a few.
